Here’s to a successful and productive 2015.
How do you measure success in your life? Is it your career or your family or personal training goals or completion of a certain project within a certain timeframe? Health goals, DIY home improvement goals, improved relationships with friends and loved ones, reaching a certain amount of savings or donations – these are all great ways to measure how successful and productive we are.
It’s a shame that we are so often too hard on ourselves and forget all the little achievements and all the ways we have improved our own lives and the lives of others over the course of twelve months.
Do yourself a favour this year: try to notice and remember the little successes. You might find that by December you can say truly that you had a good year – a great year! Wouldn’t that be a nice change?
